The EV-Integrated Y-Column Solar Carport System is designed from the ground up as a solar + EV charging single structure. The Y-shaped column geometry provides:
Integrated charger mounting: Each Y-column includes pre-welded mounting plates and cable management channels for 4–8 EV charging guns (Level 2 AC or DC fast charge), eliminating the need for separate charger pedestals and their associated foundations
Centralized power distribution: The Y-column trunk serves as a vertical cable raceway, routing both PV DC cables and EV charger AC/DC cables from the canopy to a ground-level distribution enclosure integrated into the column base
Retail and mall aesthetic: The Y-column design with powder-coated finish and concealed fasteners meets the architectural standards of high-end retail, hotel, and corporate campus environments — not the industrial look of standard carports
Single-bay supports 6–10 vehicles with 4–8 charging ports, creating a complete solar-to-vehicle energy station in one structure
